I pre-qualified via their site and was instantly approved for $500 . Called and asked for $10,000 ended up with a $5,000 counter offer. My highest limit so far!

Yes it is backed by Citi. Anybody know if they report for authorized users? I added my wife but they never asked for her SSN.

Pretty sure they report AUs. You don't need to give them SSNs for them to find the person and report. I've added my g/f to all my cards as an AU and only American Express asked for her SSN. They all report in her name.
