NFCU huge CLI !!

Well it hasn't been 3 months yet since I opened my nRewards but I thought what the heck and I clicked the love button and this appeared.

Of course I clicked accept!!!!! From 500.00 on 11-18 to 14,000 on 1-22.. Did I mention I love NFCU!!!!!

My NavCheck was only approved for 500 as well, do you think this is a good time to request for a increase on it as well?

Ugh! All of these early NFCU CLI posts are tempting me to pull the trigger before February (90 days). Lol!

I couldn't believe it said 14,000!! And I have only used 290.00 and PIF when bill came in since I had it. This is my first 5 digit limit along with the approval of the NavCheck from 500.00 to 15,000.. I'd say it's been a great day, and when these new limits post to the credit agencys I'm hoping for a bump in my scores..

So I have added a total of 13,500+14,500=28,000 to my credit today.. That's unbelievable.. And to think I had a 509 score and no credit cards 5 months ago and it's all due to myFICO forums.. Thank you all again..

Congrats that a big jump and amazing. This make me tempted as well my 3 months isn't till February opened the account in November but I was approved for 12.5k which is also my first 5 digit CL plus my largest limit. ($500 is my second highest with a bank card and $900 for store card) I would never use close to 12K and think thats more then enough so I don't want to get greedy but I also wouldnt mind having more lol. I was actually going to wait 6 months to ask. Congrats again that's really amazing

**UPDATE***

I was reading the @nd NFCU account thread and per CreditAddict when you get a increase you should be able to get another card so I applied for the Cash Rewards and they sent back declined for these reasons:

Serious delinquency and public record or collection filed
Length of time accounts have been established
Too many inquiries within the last 12 months
Too many consumer finance company accounts
Excessive credit obligations
Delinquent past or present credit obligations with others
Derogatory public record(s)
Income insufficient for amount of credit requested

So I asked in a SM(Secure Message) if I could move 1k from my nRewards to open a CashRewards and this is their response:

Thank you for your message. We are pleased to inform you that your recent credit card application has been approved. Your new GOREWARDS Visa card has been issued to your address of record and should be received within approximately 7 to 10 days. If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.

So for all of you that don't think it can happen, it can!!!!!
