100k Club

Got a $1500 auto bump from Discover pushing me over the 100k line in revolving cards. It was only 4 years ago I cleaned up my credit and was happy to get a 300 Cap one. Have to love the credit game.

Congrats!

I'm not sure this will be a goal of mine, personally, though. It feels like an excessive amount of credit to me, but perhaps that is just with my income in mind...for people who make big money, it's probably a pittance.

Congrats!!! I hope to join you soon- I am at 65K after only having a secured Capt 1 around this time last year (my signature does not reflect my current cards and CL) - This is a serious but fun game :-)

Congrats on 100k! I'm halfway there, and I started my cleanup about 3 years ago (with a secured Cap 1). Gotta love the game!

I concurr with you on that. Right now I am at $130K for credit cards and don't really see the need to have more. My income is fairly high, around $230K and if I add my wife's in, that takes us to around $350K, so i think I/we are right were need to be. Anything more and it seems to be just chasing higher credit/more credit just for the sake of it, which is not a good reason for us, but others have their own plans and I wish them luck!

Agreed.. I know some people here have a goal of 1 million in unsecured credit Currently, I am fine with what I have.

$1million is a lot! But if their income supports it, I guess it is all relative.

Tell me about it.. Why one will want a million in personal credit line is mind boggling to me even with high income. But we are not all cut from the same cloth.
