It seems the only sure way to keep from app'ing here is to stay away. I read one too many posts last night and app'd for the Venture in the wee wee hours. I got the 7-10 message and called this morning. They verified my physical address. Approved $20k!

Prequal: No

FICO scores: see below

Inquiries: EX (on ice); TU - 0 EQ - 0

AAoA: 2.1 years

Current highest credit line: $28k (Amex)

CL given: $20k

Income: variable $175-$200k

I will shamefully update my signature later when I have time to futz with it.

Come again? You apped, don't see you in the approval thread.. Was waiting to see yours and Nixon's.. Taking a nap to resist the temptation as the Venture card isn't going anywhere and Cap1 finally realized they had to compete with other lenders. Well I guess they are beating most lenders in initial CL's.

Ha..ha.. I did last night after deciding to put an end to my misery. 20k with 20.9%apr lol.. All good as the line makes up for it. My thread is probably buried in the approval section as there are so many CAP 1 thread..
