SALLIE MAE CLI!! UPDATE!!!

Well while lying in bed contemplating getting up and making breakfast, I decided to go for some sp cli on my accounts since I'm being a good lil baller and gardening.

Tried Amazon first even though I just got bumped to $8k last month. No go since TU is on ice. Went online and tried Navy Fed Cash Rewards since they just did an AR on 2/24. Got 3-5 day message. Sent message to cancel request. Just got bumped to $17.5k in January. So I will wait a few months for sp. So I decided to give Sir Barclays a whirl. Just got Sallie Mae last month. And to even get approved was like pulling teeth because of all my new accounts. But, I threw caution to the wind and called the 24/7 analyst line. She first said she couldn't access it because TU is on ice. I asked her to look at report pulled at approval since it was less than 30 days old. Sure no problem. She was soooooo nice. After a couple of questions...... BAM!!! $2k to $15,000!!!!!! It was sooooooo easy, I'm mad I didn't request more. I'll hit em up for more in the fall!! Barclays is soooo funny. It truly all depends on the analyst you get on the phone!!!

Thanks everyone. Barclays been pretty stingy with me this first year. They have been one my lowest limits. They are finally coming around though. Guess I just needed to be patient and prove myself worthy. Mind you, I still have one baddie left on TU. Once it finally falls off in October, I will REALLY hit em up. Goal is to get both Ring and Sallie Mae to $25k.

Popa stick it out. I felt the same way. You just have to build history with them. Thats what the analyst kept pointing out,how well I had handled my accts. I started with a $1k RMC and 5 months later $1k Ring.

You're right. I might start using my card with them more than I have. I haven't used mine in two months and it's just that their fraud department is way too sensitive to the point where certain charges I make just get them riled up.

I tried using my card at Sams Club and immediately they did some fraud thing on me and it was a pain trying to get it off. The card has a 0 balance right now though.
