Amex is my bestest friend ever! Waited longer than the 61 days. Was approved in November. Didn't really need the extra credit and wanted to show some positive payment history. Requested the increase through the automated phone system and not one second later the automated angel comes back and says "Congratulations!"

AAoA: 2.5 years now? 2.6? I stopped micromanaging things

Util: 4%

Score: EX 736

Last Amex SP on EX: 03/03/2015. Assuming this is what they used since I checked EX this afternoon and don't see any SP from today.

Card Balance: $0

Card Use: I've run a little less than $2000 through BCE since November so not really using it heavily. Highest balance reported was $346 but then paid to $0 after statement closed.

Since I didn't really need it I was happy to patiently wait for the increase. This was more of a personal achievement than anything else. Could have gone up to $11,700 but an even $10,000 is such a pretty figure.

5 digit CL, check me out people! Thank you to everyone on this wonderful forum. Never would have known about the 3x rule if not for the helpful members here. Still have 0% intro until March 2016.....thinking if I do take any trips I'll be putting them on my BCE Travel prices are surprisingly low through the website. Beating Orbitz and Priceline so far. Yay Amex!
