Sony Visa APPROVED after recon!!

Hi, thought id go ahead and share my experience.
I app for sony visa by capital one last month and was denied for my Experian having to many recent Inquiries. So i emailed the EO and got a call back about 5 days later and he was really nice and he put my app in for recon and as well as crediting my secured card $29 for the annual this year. Well i got a letter about a week letter saying i was approved for sony visa with a $300 limit. At the time i had a total of 10 months of credit history. Ill take it! Also Got the $100 bonus if i buy something within 3 months.

Triple pull....myfico Scores at the time were EQ: 641 EX: 678 TU: 680

Congrats on your recon! Did they pull all 3 CR? How many inq on all of yours? I've been contemplating this one lately.

Yes they pull all 3 but for the reconsideration they didnt pull my credit again,....i have lots of inquiries. My fault when i turn 18 went little crazy but i know now. Well anyway
EQ:Around 50
EX:Around 60
TU: around 16

They denied me just for my EX having to many, guess other scores were fine.. U have half of what i had..Also my file is clean.

Congrats on successful recon! That's how I got my Sony Card, too. You took the 3 HPs, so you may as well make them worth it.

Are they using EX08 or EX04.
