I just got approved for 2500 pretty low should i ask for a CLI when I get the card?

Yep. $25k. They always give low limits on this card for some reason

You should be able to raise that limit but if by some stretch they refuse, don't be surprised when you find an auto-CLI at only 2 months. Happened to my own Sams Club MC.

Opened mine last week with a $2500 CLI...

... called and requested $25k and was denied. Not surprising... no counter either... also not surprising. Synchrony has never shown me love.

People here said the same thing... to expect an auto CLI after a statement or two and to call back once I get the first statement and request the CLI.

Gotta love jumpin' thru the Synchrony hoops.

Congrats 2.5k may not have been ideal but at least you didn't end up with the Sam's Credit Card (non m/c)

Nice its on my list but i dont want to get the store card version. Even with a tu 725 im iffy cause of inquiries and new apps.

You should get an auto CLI. If not, call & ask. They're normally in the giving mood!

Congrats on the approval. I was given a $2500 CLI after asking for one after only having the card 1 month.

Update contacted via chat and got approved for a 2500 CLI bringing my CL to 5K i know i could have gotten more but thought better to be consertative

My wife got her card and pretty much immediately they doubled her line [$2500 - $5000]. I think it was done within a month or so. Great card, love the 3% on travel -- haven't been able to find another card that offers that.
