A few of you might have seen my posts about how to best avoid foreign transaction fees with the cards currently in my wallet... The only card without a FTF was a Cap1 Quicksilver with a $500 (?!) limit. Basically, a toy card, but it was just opened on March 13 and the EO declined my request for a CLI because the account was so new.

So, tonight, I got an itch... I apped for the Cap1 Venture Miles and approved with a $5K limit. I'll take it! (I think they only pulled TU, which was at 678 this morning according to Barclays.)

Oh I can gurantee they pulled more then TU... Congrats on the approval though and a nice limit

Yeah, I've heard they typically pull all three, but I've only gotten the notification for the TU pull so far—worth it though!

Just the one, Quicksilver with a $500 limit. No pre-qual came up, but I did it anyway.

Funny cause I got approved for the Quixksilver one today also and it only showed TU as being pulled. When I applied last month for the platinum and got approved, it hp all three
