Does anyone know how long Capital One EO Office takes to do CLI? What has your experience been like?

3 to 5 business days, I asked for a review on 12/8/2014, got my increase today on 12/12/2014 $500 -> $2000. I got exactly what I asked for :0. Also I think there super busy near the holidays and sounded like they really don't want you to call and check the status, he was really firm on 3 to 5 business days, stressing it several times during my convo, so Id say be patience and wait, and if you don't see anything after 7 business days then I would call.

Mine took about a week and a half, it was worth the wait! I saw the increase on my online account about 2 weeks before i got the letters.

Takes a few days. You'll likely see the CLI reflect on your available credit before you hear from them again.

It took them about 10 days to call me after I sent the Email . Took another 5 days to give me the CLI .

I don't know if everyone can do this (but a 300 limit vs 3500 limit gets attention), but I was able to get to the manual review folks by phone. It still takes about 5 days to get the cli.

So here's my update:

The two cards that I asked to reconsider were $300 CL they increased to $1000.00 I asked for $1500 so not too bad. It took exactly the 5 days that some of the memebers said it would!! Thank you for the advice!! Without these members I would of never of known that you can do this!!

I asked for 1500 also, they upped to 1k. Great minds think alike.

I sent a private message with my concerns on Capital One's facebook page. A week later an EO contacted me. Still waiting on a potential CLI. Hope that helps.
