CLI and no balance success

So, after reading that Citi niormally soft pulls for CLI's online and forgetting that i still had to try the Amex 3xCLI i decided to go for it.

American Express Everyday - I forgot about the 61 day thing, so I attempted online on the 90th day. The account has been reporting for 3 months and is always PIF, only used 10% of the credit line.

startng credit line: $4500

new credit line: $13500

Citi Diamond Perferred - Attempted online on the 90th day as well. I have only spent $300 on this credit card since I opened the account, and PIF. I got an email stating that the decision will given in 24hrs. The next morning the CL request was approved.

startng credit line: $2000

new credit line: $10000

Just for the record my income or housing payment has not increased.

QUESTION FOR THE COMMUNITY: does barclaycard us (Arrival + specifically) do hard pulls for CLI's? If so do they warn you before you proceed with the request?

Normally Barclay does HP for CLI, I asked through the SM and they responded that it would be a HP so I declined

Call the Barclay backdoor and see if they have a SP CLI available on your account.

Congrats - nice limits. As for Barclays I never did online but when you call they will let you know if there is a SP CLI. I have done it on Arrival+ and US Airways the same day and both SP CLI successfull. I would not do online unless willing to take a HP.
