Approved for 2 Amex cards, unsecured BofA with CLD

After 5 months of history i achieved MAJOR milestone. Approved today for charge and BCE cards, and managed to unsecure BofA. The only negative is that in echange for graduation, analyst offered to leave my card at 2k, thats a 3k decrease. Shall i try calling them again and ask to use same HP to restpre my limit at 5? Btw, BCE approved for 2k. I have 6 months of history with 7 accounts)

Ok wait you had a $5k secured limit? So they are refunding your $5k and giving you unsecured at $2k? I have never seen that happen. WOW!

Congrats on the approval.. If it was secured card and now unsecured, I'd leave it alone as they'd want to see how you handle yourself with the unsecured for a few months...

Congrats on the approval.. If it was secured card and now unsecured, I'd leave it alone as they'd want to see how you handle yourself with the unsecured for a few months...

I may have to agree with this. I've never seen anyone given lower than secured amt when unsecured. They must not think you have enough history.

Yeah, i had 5k parked there, something happened, and i really needed this money. Im thankful for even leaving me with 2.. Just wanted to see your opinion guys on this matter. This forum is amazing sourse, thank you all!!!

Im rocking because i learned so much on this forum, you people are amazing and i cant say enough of "thank you" to all. I forgot to mention my stats: us bank, cap1s, wally, -all 300 CLs, BofA 2 k, BCE 2k, charge card. Scores close to 700, many enqs, around 10 on each CB
