Loving that Capital One love button!

So my credit journey has been going straight to the top. Started with a $200 secured card from Capital One on a $49 deposit last July. They gave me $500 unsecured. Triple app'ed and got approved in February for a Quicksilver One $500, Amex Every Day $2000 (60 day 3x CLI to $6000 was approved), and Discover it $1250. Got an Overstock store card on a soft pull with the "shopping cart trick" in March, $2400. Got pre-approved in branch for a Chase Freedom and pulled the trigger, approved, $2200 limit at the end of April. I've been pestering Capital One via online chat to PC my very new Quicksilver One to a regular Quicksilver, since I don't want that annual fee, and keep getting turned down. I just tried again today, and noticed that "Love button" as you guys here call it, and decided what the hell, why not? Bam! Increase from $500 to $1500, and STILL ON CREDIT STEPS. My third statement cuts tomorrow. I wonder what will happen when I get my "increase to $750" later this year? Anyway, don't fear the love button.

I love capital one luv button. My capital one cards sits at the highest limits right now.

That's good news. Yeah I'm really liking my cap1 experience now. They seem to give better increases overall. They used to be super stingy.

Got a Platinum for $300, to $800 a couple months later. QS from $500 to $1500 in same time frame! Cant wait for the credit steps to hit.

I have been sitting at like 85% utilization for a couple weeks, but am paying it down next week. Do you think that will hurt my CLI later? Just the fact I had to use the credit?

Cap one likes heavy usage, but pay down as much as possible before your statement date.
