Yes, it is. It is dual card. You can use it to finance an A/C unit and use it as a Visa.

Any special perks Ron? Hows the interest rate I would imagine it's got to seperate tiers due to one being a large purchase.

Normal interest rate in this thing is about 27.99% if you're not trying to finance anything.
