LUV button = NFCU CLI! Score!!!!!!!!!!

After reading a thread here from yesterday of someone getting a CLI, the temptation got the best of me. I hit the LUV yesterday and got some weird message that they couldn't process my app. I tried again this Sunday morning and tried to get a $5k increase and then I got the 3 to 5 day message....CRAP!!!!

I figured it must not be good. I went to look at my reports and no HP showed up so I was little down about it.

Well I'm sitting here doing my monthly reconcilliations and logged back into NFCU to check a few things and BAM!! They approved me for a $2500 CLI!!! Yayyy!!!!!

They matched my DCU limit of $7500 so I'm happy with that. Woohooo!!!!!!!!!!!!

See that I'm not sure of. Perhaps I checked to early for it (like freaking immediately after I hit the submit button..LOL!!!).

But yea I hope it was too. If it was I'm sure between USAA, TU and myFico I should get an alert by tomorrow.

Oh yea and my statement closes tomorrow so maybe my new limit will post in the next few days.

I opened it at the end of December which is why I was a little reluctant to hit the LUV button. But I was reading more and more about people having much less time than 3 months getting increases so I just couldn't resist anymore...LOL!

I know right? That's why I fell into temptation last night becasue every other dang thread here contains a "Look what I got from NFCU" ....roflmao!!

I mean a person can only take so much before they get on the bandwagon.

I'm done for a long while now. I really don't need anything else and just need to tend to the garden and clean up the last 2 stubborn baddies

Did the message say something like " due to an existing problem with the account" they can't process the request. My husband tried to hit their luv button on his account and received some weird message.

Actually I did get a message like that and I called into customer service and they fixed it. But it was a few days in between the time that they fixed it and I did the app.
