CSP Instant approval

My Debit card stopped working while I am in the states so I went to get a new one and she asked me if I was interested in the CSP. Sure, why not, instant approval 5k. $2000 spend for 40,000 points. Another card off my list.

Income 55k net, 49 years old, util is about 1% and I don't know the score yet but my scores are pretty close to what's below.

never heard of a debit card not working because of activity. maybe check the expiration date? but anyway back on topic. congrats to op. thought the CL would be higher with that income but maybe a CLI in 6 months

Part of that might be having 2 cards through them already that have about 5k limits each.

ya i figured that what help you, since you have a relationship with them. which cards? so far i have the freedom from chase and am apping for the csp next year around this time

Congratulations! And question-you mentioned $2,000 to get the 40,000 points. Everything I've seen was $3,000 to get the bonus points. Was that a special deal? Or a typo? I'm wondering because at some point that is the travel card I'd like to get as well. Thanks!

I have the Priority Rewards Select and the Amazon card with them. And it was for sure $2000, she even printed it out for me.

It's the in branch appliation special.

Also, you probably won't get a score. Chase offers only one interest rate on the sapphire preffered, so you get the best one, which means they don't have to give it to you, because you got the best rate on offer.
