AMEX 11k CLI

I got my Amex Surpass last year and the annual fee hit this month so I called to see if I could get a waiver or PC down to the regular Hilton card. While on the phone I mentioned a CLI and went ahead and submitted one. My current limit was 9K and they upgraded to 20K. I didnt want to push it becuase I just got a new job so if they decided to FR last years tax docuements would not accuratly show my current income. Does anyone know how Amex would handle that if they did conduct an FR? Last year my salary was half of what it is today since I graduated college and finally got a "real" job.
