Approved after verification for $100, imeddiately asked for CLI to 5k and was approved. Damn, should had asked for 10..Good idea to call them back, or just wait it out a bit?

There is a JC Penney MC. A lot of members were upgraded to this card in July of last year. This coincided with the timing of CVS no longer accepting the JCP CC (Rite Aid still accepts it, as the present moment), so I suspect it was done as a way to help get more swipes/spending. At that time, they stated that upgrades would be reviewed annually.
