I called to see if my LaQuinta card was eligible for CLI since it's been about 5 months since my last CLI. Immediate SP for another $2500 limit. So I asked her to check my ANA (All Nippon Airways) card as well and same deal, $2500 CLI!

LaQuinta:

Opened 6/2014 $5700

Limit increased 1/2015 to $10,700

Limit increased 6/2015 to $13,200

ANA:

Opened 2/2015 $7400

Limit increased 6/2015 to $9,900

Interesting progression with FNBO's SP CLI's on more than one card with them.

Had to drag this one back up again being relevant since FNBO seems to be reaching out recently with new mailers once again and it's very worth noting just how far along they will grow with you and the amount per increase.

FNBO actually auto increased my LaQuinta cards to $15,850 after I used a BT check a couple months ago. So every 4-8 months seems todo it with them.

Good to know since I just got in with them. Hoping my interest rate is low on this Amex.

Does calling in and asking FNBO for a SP CLI work on their business cards also? Or is it only for personal cards?

As long as you use their Personal cards, the CLI requests are usually there for the asking.

In my case my usage is spotty, usually only when i'm in between trying to get sign up bonuses But my Savingstar card is now at $17,300 and I recently got $5000 increase on my 6.50% apr 1.5% cash back card to $11,200

Thats remarkable considering the inconsistent spending pattern. And the free Experian 08 Bankcard score is nice as well.

I heard you can move credit limits between cards, but I haven't needed to do that so I have no personal experience on that.
