Overstock.com Pop-up Secret

Finally got pop-up after multiple failed attempts the last couple months. Put a new iPhone 6 in cart that costs around $1100.00. Not sure if that did it, but give it a shot. Gave me a toy 250.00 limit. Any way to increase this right away?

I always just put in a random front page cheapo item (they gave me 1000 limit initially)

Anywho, above poster is correct as far as I know (It worked for me and many many other people)

Create an online account and request the CLI online, you should get a 200 increase.

Do you have to be registered on overstock? Can you browse as a guest and still get the pop up?

Do you get the pop up in your shopping cart window or the checkout window?

It showed itself to me before entering any payment data, only pertinent personal address and phone then up jumped the "jack-in-the-box".

Be advised, your information MUST MATCH EXACTLY to your Credit Report in detail, letter for letter! for consideration. Also your FICO scores play some part in it but is unknown to me what that Magic number range is exactly.

Set up your online account and pick up that extra $200 or whatever it is they add with the immediate CLI!

So I just called the backdoor number..they offered me $200 more and said let me take a look at a few more things...

Long story short, they increased my limit from $250 to $1800!!

Your Overstock Store Card Credit Limit and Available Balance:

Credit Limit:	$1800
Available Balance:	$1800

Now I'm happy

I called in and rep said system only allowed a $200 increase. The rep then said he could do a "big ticket" approval if I was going to make a big purchase and that bumped me up to 1.5k!

Can an someone please help me though? I am showing an inquiry on my report for overstock. Is it a hard pull for the card? Or, was it a hard pull for the credit limit increase? I was hoping to avoid getting dinged with an inquiry.

I applied today with the sct. I received a $250 approval as well. I requested increase online and got the 7-10 day message. I just did a sm explaining that I have Chase Freedom with $3500 limit and I request an increase to that for a large purchase. I am a waiting on a response...hoping it works!
