Citi Double Cash (Im weak I know)

To All my fellow ficoers who adviced me not to apply i apologize.. But it was bugging me since i got the pre approval from citi. and once i got the mailer. it was on my mind. Keep in mind folks that ive been trying to get a prime citi card since last Thanksgiving. Which i was declined. after i said i would never apply for one of their cards without a pre approval. the same with chase.

As in my previous thread and against the Advice of Irish. Kdm. Fin. CC. and others. i apped for the card. last night. Was approved instantly for here it comes. hehehe. 2K. ok. at least im in the door. and if i could only stay in the garden this will be my last card for sure. Except Boa. is the last major lender i want to be in with. Since their pre approval site is not valid. recommendations only. im sure i can be strong and not cold app. Just the pre approval was giving me a itchy finger that i could not shake. i do apologize again to all my advisers here. as i was not strong enough to hold out. but hey,. i did get in the door. Thanks again.

Congratulations! I got half a foot in with Citibank 2 years ago with a huge 200 creditline on a shell card!!!!! LOL and there the card sits 2 years later at 200! Im happy for you!

Found it now.. Congrats Taxi on a great card! Obviously could take another HP when you get the card for a higher CL, but 2k is fine for a 2% card for everyday type stuff..
