Wal-Mart Discover CLI "love button"

I just tried my luck with the "love button," but got declined again. The last time I was declined after making the request online I got frustrated reading a thread on everyone getting increases and called customer service to ask again and got it without any hassle. I'm just wondering if anyone ever actually gets an increase online or whether you should only make the request over the phone.

Where was your luv button? Was it on your home screen or in card options?

Its probably a generic denial, how long did you have the account? 3 to 4 months I would call GE backdoor number

The account was opened last August or September. Initially I got the Discover with a limit of 800, and I got a small increase to 1000 late last year. My other major cards are 6- and 4000, so I was hoping they would get a bit closer to that.

I received an increase within the last two weeks online from 4900 to 7500 on Walmart Discover. Walmart TU FICO around 742. It was about 4 months since last increase. I do use card occasionally but PIF.

The "luv button" has never worked for me. I always call the backdoor numbers.

Congrats!! All my love buttons are up today and I want to push them soooo bad but they just declined one on my Old Navy card....I have no idea why beings they just gave me a 1.5k increase on my walmart card....I think GE is alittle weird sometimes

That's a great increase, hammertime. I hope eventually I'll have a limit like that. My WalMart TU FICO is 770 (as of January), but the account's still pretty new.

I got my card in November of last year. I am waiting to see if I get an auto cli around the 4-5 month mark before trying for an increase.

I Hit the button and call the back door number within the same week and got a credit line increase total 5000 dollars 2000 from the luv lucky button and 3000 from the back door number.
