Thank you amex executive office!

Long story short, I still just have an ITIN and never been able to go with amex in USA (authorized user on a few amex (Switzerland and IDC). I did try 3 times to get in with them during the past two years... and did try a last time over the phone one week ago. All went good on the phone, they was able to pull my credit but... i got transfered to someone else and she said they cant verifiy my identity and they will cancel my application. I was pissed to waste my 4th inquiry for them so I sent an email to the CEO email address. I got a phone call the day after (wasn't able to pick it) and got an email with a number to call back. I was finally able to reach him (not the CEO of course) and after a short a really friendly call, he asked me to send a copy of my ITIN by fax. What I did and today i got approved for my verify first AMEX (by amex!) I took an Hilton Surpass and got $5'500 CL! Can't be more happy!
