Wooo, approved for Amex BCE

I'm pretty excited right now. I app'd for BCE on Thursday and its been pending until tonight (Tuesday). I've been checking the status like 10 times a day lol. I called them up earlier today to inquire about it, verified some info and they said they'd give me a call in a few days. Well, a bit later I checked and I was approved!

I'm apart of Amex blue now! My only other credit card is some lame $750 CL Capital One Platinum card that I've had since I was 18 (I'm 21 now). I thought they might deny me because my income is only $20k a year but I'm relieved they didn't. I haven't checked my credit scores lately but last I saw was that one of my scores was 793 and another one was like 748. I've also had 3 car loans that I've paid off several years early so that might have been beneficial as well.

Woot! I think I'll apply for Chase Freedom next but the Amex will be my main card. Tomorrow, I'll have to call and see what my Amex CL is.

I have a question. I'd also like the Chase Freedom. Should I apply now before the Amex shows on my credit report? I'd like to have it within a few months. I'm also planning on paying my car loan off in full next week so I was thinking that applying for the Freedom in a few months while not having a loan would be a good idea.

What do you guys think?

Oh, I'll find out my CL tomorrow! This board seems so helpful and has great members.

Also, I'd like to pull my credit scores from this site. I already purchased a car a few months ago and they shopped for a good interest rate for me so I'm assuming I have a TON of soft pulls. Plus, my approval for BCE I'm thinking is a soft pull? I don't want to check my score and add yet another inquiry on my report. Would it hurt?
