I'm on chat with them right now and they said they cannot guarantee it wn't be a HP.

They've said that to me before and i wouldn't guarantee that they won't but after i was told that and checked my INQ report on TU it was only a SP.

You just have to wait for it to show up. In my several different Synchrony Accounts sometimes it's there and other times it's not.

Always look got that Green colored border rectangle that says CHAT. You'll know it when it does show up for you.

Thanks. I founf the chat feature now. When I asked the limit increase would be soft pull she said it cannot be guaranteed. It might put an inquiry on the report but many request are done with only internal history and then asked by income. Is this normal process for soft pull CLI ?

Had the card for almost a year. Started $1,500 and request a credit limit increase every 3 months. They all say "not gaurantee it won't be a HP" it's just part of their day to day script they read out. Early on i have found "i want to buy a big Sony TV but need a credit limit increase NOW or i wont be able to get my TV." always works
