JC Penney 1 1900 to 3900

Barclay's usually is a HP, so probably yes. Everything else is SP.

Thanks all! The mystery is why Walmart, Chevron and Amazon store card will not process CLI's with the luv button. I tried them.

Well, as for the two JCP cards, it seems a couple years ago I went to check out with some slacks and I fumbled for my card, which was not with me. The clerk couldn't find me in the system, so suggested I apply for a better card. I did, got approved with a $800 SL. The old one was $300. Both have been used and both have evolved to better limits.

Well you really don't want that 300 increase from luv button. Chat or credit solutions for those cards. Best results. Congrats on cli.
