FIA AMEX approval with ....6 RECON CALLS

So.... I applied this card the other day. But got instant denial. Called the back door number, for the first 5 times, they were staight No. But the sixth time, I told them I am starting a new job very soon with higher pay, which didn't crossed my mind to provide such important info the first five times, and I got approval with $1500. Even though it is a lowest credit line I have, I am happy that I didn't waste a HP anyways.

718 EX but no baddies. average account history is about like 7 months. oldest line 16 months.

No baddies. 3 new accts for the last six months, which I guess that's why I had to call for the first five times.

wow they made you work for that.. Nothing excessive there IMO. Should of been instant. Unless income was a barrier

Great Job!! I need to learn these tricks of the trade. Sounds stupid but I really want a Discover and they aren't having it! I always get some guy who doesn't want to deal with the hassle of a recon
