First successful attempt with Credit Solutions!

I have called Credit Solutions for a CLI a couple of times in the past without any luck. I'm looking to get some new flooring at Lowes but my credit limit was only $900. I tried the luv button, automated system, and chat with no success. I even tried the automated system right before I called Credit Solutions and was denied.

I asked for 15k. I was countered with 12k! It's been a good week as far as CLIs go. I got 1500 from Cap one. 1500 from Citi, several 300-750 increments across all Comenity cards and 500 from Discover. All were SP.

This lets me know my hard work is starting paying off and it can only get better. Rebuilding is tough. I think I'll be trying Credit Solutions again soon 😉

Congrats!!! I used to not like CS with Synch but I am a big fan these days. Lowes is also the best card to try and get the limit bumped on. u can probably ask via chat and get another bump in the limit. lol.

Thank you. I'll keep that in mind. I'm just a bit hesitant since the chat route hasn't worked for me, but up until now, neither did CS 😆

Congrats! How long have you had your Lowes card? I got mine in may, 800 limit and denied everytime i tried chat and credit solutions. But haven't called cs in a month or more. Probably gonna make me wait 4 statements like other synch cards did, which is fine.

Also, mind sharing which number you called? Ive always used the one in backdoor number post, but chat gave me another one. Probably doesn't even matter but im just curious.

Thanks guys! I called the number listed on the backdoor thread. 1877-379-8173 but the rep transferred me to another line so I'm not sure what that number was. I have had the card for over a year. It started at $300 then bumped to $900 where it's been stuck for a while. I think I was finally able to get an increase because I've been working hard to decrease my utilization thus increasing my scores. They aren't great but I'm getting there.
