Amazon Chat Is Great! $5000 CLI!

I've had my Amazon store card about a year and a half. $1700 (SL) --> $2000 (auto) --> $2500 (luv button) --> $5000 (phone automated). All done about 4 months apart. Suddenly this year no luv since January. I picked up an idea to use the chat button in a thread. I never payed that chat button ANY attention! I didn't even realize it was there. So I clicked it and chatted with a rep. Asked for a manual CLI. The rep asked how much? $10000. Please hold a moment. Congratulations, approved! Thank you Synchrony. A $5000 CLI! The biggest one I've ever gotten. So, don't overlook the chat button; It works!

Congrats! I had a $1400 ICL on the store card and then used chat to get it up to 5k!

I don't seem to find the chat option anywhere online when I logged into Synchrony bank Amazon account. Where do I find it?

It's in the middle of the screen below the account summary. But you won't see it except during busines hours which I'm not exactly sure what they are. Just login during the the day. It'll be there.

Congrats! My SL was $1900, just cut my first statement about 2 weeks ago. Went into chat and BOOM! CLI to $6K!! Gotta love synch!

I am so excited! I just had the same luck! I had my card for a little over a year, and my limit was $1,400. On Saturday, a few days ago, I did the shopping cart trick and got approved for $2000, then I jsut did the chat and got approved for the $3500! I requested $10,000k though, but I still got approved for $3500 which is totally fine! So stoked!
