A bit of an APP and APPROVAL spree

While on my rebuild 16 months post Chap 7 BK discharge I have been slowing getting things on my report cleaned up, opened a few loans and made sure everything was paid. In an effort to raise my score a bit I finally broke down and got a Cap 1 secured card. Not a large limit but it was only $49 down. A week later I figured I would throw a INQ and try for a regulart card with Cap 1, instant approval with a $2k limit. Did the online recon but they wouldn't budge off of the limit to a higher, (not sure if I called in if it would be a better result or not). I kind of got happy and yesterday apped for a Barclay's card and got an instant approval for $650. Today I did a recon on Barclay's and asked for an increase to $2k and they countered with an offer to raise me to $1k and a "healthy' increase on my first auto CLI, was a good offer so I accepted. Feeling even more app drunk crazy I tried Amazon for a store card and got approved for $700 limit, figure wait fior it to come in, recon and see if they offer any higher.

With the recent success I am happy and will spend the next several months in the Garden if anyone needs me
