First Saving Bank Credit Card

I got this on in mid-March with a limit of $500 / $75 fee.....ugh...
Any way I got a letter to request a credit-line increase and that I could
use my spouse income. Got an increase of $250...really?

So low , my score is around 45 points higher when I've first got the card.
Should I give them a ring???

Called got the apr down from 29% to21%
