TJX Card Recon sucess!!!

Hello everyone!! Just to want to share my new tjx card application experience So last night I told myself no more apps! Then i had a moment of weakness and applied for the tjx card hoping to receive the mastercard because my tu score is best right now 691. I got an instant approval saying congratulations, you are approved for the the tjx rewards credit card, information willl be sent along with you card in 7 business daysassuming its not the mastercard. Kinda sad but i do shop at tj maxx marshalls and homegoods some times. I was hoping they would give the credit limt and info but nothing other than approved, so this morning

i called to check my application and the robot phone message said i was approved for store card with 400 only!! No Good!!! so right way i called

the credit solution number ad spoke with CSR and request a credit limit increase to 3000 and PC the card to master card, results:

_ CL Increased 400 to 3000

_ Card PC to Mastercard Declined ( they said i have to use this card for a month before they can pc)

So the CL of 3000 is better then 400,i take that on the store card limit

" well my friends, when you do apply for any card and receive a small cls, dont be discourage or shy,pick up the phone call credit solutions speak with real person

and eventualy things turn out much better!!! Best of luck to all!!

They are willing to PC from the store card to MasterCard after only a month at your request? Can anybody confirm this or a I late to the party?

They have to offer you to apply. You can't ever product change because I tried to in the past and they said you have to be invited to apply.

Hello Pr0blumz6, thats right, they said that, for me just call back aftrer 30 days ,the CSR even gave me the reference number from this conversation also he said that becouse of the started 3000 CL , this will be possible to do it just can't wait to call them back stay blessed!!!

Hello Killer_Queen229, thats right, needs a invitation to make a change, but the CSR , already gave me the reference number, which he said will be used as invitation, to be able to PC he cards since everything is recorded i dont think they will back up on this i will post a update here when this happen

What's the EO or Underwriting office phone number to call for TJ maxx Cc? Need to ask and request for recon from a denial . Thanks
