Paypal MC CLI to 30K

My Paypal Extras Mastercard has been at 25K for a year. It started at 2.5K a little over a year and a half ago. I have been declined for 35K several times.

This time I requested a CLI to 30K and was approved.

At the time of the other CLI requests, my utilization was extremely low. This time, I accidently let larger balances report. Maybe they like that.

The backdoor number I called was 877-379-8175.
