I took another bite at the apple (Overstock.com Mastercard)

After being approved for a $2,500 CLI on Rakuten Mastercard and approval of a Sun Coast Airlines Visa Signature @ $10,000, I decided to try for the Overstock Mastercard. Got a little weird message after 40 second processing page notice.

Is this standard language from overstock with the Mastercard application system. When I applied for both Rakuten and Sun Coast I only got the "we'll let you know in 2-4 weeks" message. I think I did get the "we'll let you know in 2-4 weeks" with this application too (it went so fast and then the above message popped up). If anyone who has applied for the overstock mastercard can chime in as to whether they received this message and if they were eventually approved/denied I would appreciate it. I checked application status site and it still shows only my Sun Coast Airlines approval information from yesterday.

I hope so but application still doesn't show up in their application status system. They did pull my credit when I applied. I suppose this has to be manually reviewed like most FNBO applications so could turn out to be a denial.

Got my fingers crossed for you. Hopefully it's another approval. I've only tried one app with FNBO and was shot down.

Best of luck.. Lets see how FNBO responds to this one.. Typically the overstock MC has been known as a PITA to get, but you have a prior relationship with them. So that definitely will help.

What crediting agency do they used for your Fico score? Do you know what score you need to get approved?

They primarily use EX but some have reported EQ in another forum. I got EX pulls for my applications. FICO reported by them was 725

I WANT a Card with FNBO SO BAD!!!! I made an epic error in closing my Secured Card at 9 months last year... would have totally been unsecured long ago now

Last time I applied with them was when they launched this overstock MC and I applied for secured and was denied for INQ's

Oh I understand. I see all this comenity love and I can't get in for nothing. This will be my last FNBO app. At least for the next year anyway. I would love to get one more card with them at 10k. My Rakuten Mastercard is only at 4.5k with the 2500 cli they gave me.

I get the email to apply for the OS MC SECURED all the time...of course I delete. What do I want with a secured card at this stage in my game? LOL

12njoy yes I think I applied for this last year and was denied. All the apps run together for me at this point so I can't even say for sure. I still just have the ANA and LaQuinta cards from them.

I could use laQuinta... We usually stay each Christmas... But I'm LOVING Marriott!!! People say points are not worth much but that before suites, free wifi, free bottle water, free breakfast!!!
