Walmart Card CLI $10,000! with 2k Cash Over limit!!

Synchrony is on a roll this week. My Walmart card limit was just increased this morning from 6k up to $10,000 credit limit. My new cash over amount is $2,000. I only used the cash over feature once about two years ago but it is a nice feature to have.

The cash over feature is a plus since there are no cash advance fees; it is simply "cash over."

Thank you, Synchrony, I really appreciate your confidence in me. Some data points:

Have had the account for almost 3 years

Used it about twice monthly for reasonably large amounts

Made large payments and have kept it at zero balance for the past 5 months (small charges during those months, than immediately pay in full)

Feeling very positive this morning after this success.

Two weeks ago, I received an increase on my Synchrony AEO Visa from $5,000 up to $15,000.

Last night, I received an increase on Ebates Visa from $800 to $10,000 in just a few hours. Yes, you read that correctly. Separate post on this under Ebates Visa, still trying to take it all in.

Between last night and today, increased Synchrony Stash Rewards Visa from 4k to $10,000 credit limit.

This morning, increased Walmart card limit from 6k to $10,000 credit limit, with $2,000 cash over limit.

Was that auto luv on walmart or love button. I've been stuck at 6000 also and wont budge.

Thanks, thorshammer. Called in to Credit Solutions. The luv button never works for me (think it is my browser), and it doesn't seem that people in chat are empowered to always make decisions. I've not had much luck with chat. I'd recommend Credit Solutions.

Your TU is 751 so I'd recommend calling Credit Solutions today! They love high TU scores in the mid-700's!

Thanks for that,credit solutions is the only route I haven't taken. Cs is useless also,they say the computer makes all the decisions. I'll have to go that route if I want it any higher. Thanks for the reply.

What is the "Cash Over Limit" on the Walmart Card........never heard of it.......is this something you have to apply for? Sounds like they are making in a signature hybrid

Walmart store card always has "cash over" feature. My own store card i tested it out a couple of times at the POS terminal, asks you up to $100 i think, and there is no CA fee associated. It's treated as another in-store purchase at your card's regular APR as i understand it.

I'm feeling dumb. Recently got Walmart MC with 1800 CL, reconned the CL and they wouldn't increase it. So I cancelled the account.
