BofA cli!

It had been six months since i asked for a cli on my total rewards so i ask for a cli of 1500 to make it a 2500 and it was approved instantly! I dont know if it is a HP or not but will see if i get any notifications from citi or discover.

Thanks! The balance ive decided to carry its around 1400 so i wonder if this cli will lower my utl .

I used my boa as a balance transfer card. I uSed maybe 90 percent of the limit to consolidate the debt but will be paying it next month.. A few months after Im going to ask for a CLI think I have a chance of getting it? I'm pretty sure it'll be a hard pull

This card has been getting used by my brother since hes an AU. It had a 133 balance when i requested the cli. And so far i havent received any alerts. It was instant and i heard thats a sp.

Congrats!! Base on your success, I decided to do a request on my 123 too. It's been at $3K for some time now. I asked them once for an increase but they denied me due to a recent 30 day late I had with them last May. I didn't didn't see any inquiry from them from the last time I ask so hopefully it won't be a hard pull. I didn't want to over do it so I asked for an increase to $5000.

Congratulations! Your credit line increase request has been approved. Your new Total Credit Line is $5,000.00 with a Cash Credit Line of $1,660.00.Your credit is now available for purchases, cash, access checks, and balance transfers.

I might've been able to ask for more but this will do for now. Last time when I did this, I got a message telling me to call them. Then they denied me.

i was surprised when BOA instant-approved my 3K to 6K cli in october; made me wonder if i couldn't have gone for 7 or 7.5K.

The day after that i try with discover, i can't get an instant decision for even 1K extra(and it was my lowest card at 1K at the time)

Did u ask for increase online or on the phone?

Ive had my BofA since 2010 with $600 limit, it was a student card and last year it was upgraded to the BankAmericard Cash rewards no CLI.

Im wondering to ask for an increase today, but dont know if i will get approved.

Our mortgage is now showing on my report with $101,600 amount. Will that be a problem?

Also got an increase from barclay another $700 from 2500 to 3200 limit.

but util is pretty high on my barclay about $1700 right now. but will pay it down this friday.

any ideas?

I asked online. That card is only being used by my brother cuz he is a AU on that card. The card had a 133 balance when i asked.

oh wow. so it was a soft pull?

my limit is only $600 with no balance. So im thinking to request for an increase. Just dont know if i have a chance of getting approve

I saw that u also have a BofA cash rewards, thats the same one i have. Did you ever get an increase on that card?

Maybe wait for you barclaycard to report your new cl. If i was you i would just ask but thats me
