I don't even have the Discover version! That helps my utilization tremendously. I charged a printer on it when I first got it 9/12, paid it in full, and then bought groceries for Thanksgiving for 255 bucks and paid that in full a week later. I love GE almost as much as I love NFCU!!

I have only had my account since 9/12 so I have asked for every increase I have gotten and they have said yes every time.

GE is awesome. I just got an increase the end of October from 1300 to 8,000. I saw your progress since September so I decided to give it another shot. Now I'm at 10,000 lmao. That's an increase of 8,700 in less than two months. Gonna give lowes underwriting a call In a little bit.

I just called and got my Lowe's increased from 5,000 to 6,500. I was actually afraid to ask for more than an additional 1,500!! LOL!

Are any of these cards able to increase limits online? Which ones require a phone call in?

Also, are they done through hard pulls or soft pulls?

Yes, they have a button to get an increase, however that would not work for me because my cards haven't gotten to 4 statements yet, so I have to call underwriting. The pulls are all soft ones.

OK. Well, Sam's has a button but I pressed it and got: "We apologize, but we are currently unable to accept a request for credit line increases on line.
Please contact customer service for any credit line increase requests at the toll free number listed under Contact Us/Contact Information."

I don't like calling in; oh well. I may or may not do it - haven't decided yet.

That actually happened for my JCP one...not to worry, GE lovesss automated services! Every time I call for JCP it's always an automated service that asks me how much I would like to increase, my annual income, etc. and then gives me the yey or ney!
