Double success ! Barclay & Merrick !

Hello everybody !

Little bit over 1 year after BK07 I just got approved for Barclay Rewards MC ($1300) and Merrick (suppose to be $1500) !

For both I got pre-approved letters and applied online with instant approvals. Although Merrick just said "Congratulations! You are approved ,subject to verification of the information provided in application." I'm not sure what is it , but whatever.

I'm really happy for getting Barclay with rewards! This will be my main card for sure!

I was planning for this for over 6 months seating tight in the garden and reading posts on this wonderful forum. I want to thank all the contributors and moderators for all the invaluable information that is shared here !

I was waiting till my recent $300 increase on my secured Cap1 will show up on my CR to help the case , but couldn't resist the itch :-)

Thank you! I actually called the backdoor number right away to ask them to increase CL , but it was too late. I'll call them tomorrow .

I just called the backdoor number and asked for CLI. Gentlemen on the phone with British accent said that since my BK was discharged just last year $1300 is the maximum they give in cases like mine. Oh well , I'm very happy anyway just to have this card! Will be my everyday card and hopefully they will CLI me after 6 months.
