Nordstrom Approval :)

I have been wanting the Nordstrom store card for some time now, but I wanted to wait until I paid some cards down and had CLIs reported. Well I appd this morning and got approved I thought I was going to get denied, because I'm negative like that lol. But it was the weirdest thing, it didnt tell me how much I got approved for. .I looked all over and clicked all the links on the approval page. Had to get on chat and they looked me up and I was approved for 5K! I was shocked because I've been rebuilding for several months, and this is the highest starting limit I've received. I did get the highest interest rate tier which is not surprising. I hope/wonder, as my credit improves in the future, if I will be able to ask to be considered for a different tier. Anyways..happy thanksgiving

Great starting limit with your Nordstrom card. I was approved, but in no way at the limit you received. Enjoy your credit freedom.

i still dont feel like it's true. I cant find the limit anywhere to verift..and I cant create the actual card account because i dont have the entire #..just the last 4 thats saved in my nordstrom account as a payment method now. And I never got an email saying congrats you've been approved or anything. Isn't that weird? I will probably wake up tomorrow and it will have been a dream hahaha. Maybe the chat rep misread and it was really 500 instead of 5k!!! i dont really know what's going on...dont play with my emotions nordstrom!!!

Can't wait to hear more when you get you know for sure you are awake.

Nordstrom is a card I would like when I get out of the garden. (which will be awhile, as I have read they don't like many inquiries)

Took me 10 minutes on the phone
