JCP, $100 to $10k in less than 6 months!

Well in late July my dad applied for this card while his TU was around 640 or so.. and was approved for $100, well over the last 6 months his TU score has soared to 785 to what it is now... Hopped on chat today and asked for 10k, approved for the full amount!

Congrats. I was able to get mine increased to $10K in like 4-5 months since I opened back in June.

Would anyone be able to tell me how often JCP allows CLI requests? My wife put in for an increase on her account about a week ago, going from $1,500 to $4,500. Just wondering when she can safely hit it again.

@From my experience it was ~3mths less time gave the " not enough experience @ current level " type response, but that's been well over a yr & 1/2 ago..waited and got another...haven't asked 4 one since....Good luck to DW.......

well hang in there... it's cool seems like they offered me upgrade after ~a yr. only downside is you have to take new account to get upgrade instead of just transferring over... it's good that it'll be a MC but the standard apr. is same as store card....

I got my increases 1-2 times a month. You would have to go look at my posts. I don't remember.

Congrats on CLI! I'm very happy with my JCP growth. Mine started at $250. I got to $8K last time I called in to Credit Solutions.

AFAIK, $10K is about as high as they go, but maybe others can confirm.
