American Express!

So I got approved for the American Express everyday card. I was so excited to get this!! Ive never put to much into my credit, until about 2.5 years ago. Started in the low 400's..I did some damage when i was younger. And since I have been rebuilding, I current;y have paid off many personal loans (to establish credit) did fingerhut, the bad high intrest rate cards etc..Now that I have paid my dues....I'm blessed that I was approved with scores of 627 EQ, TU 637, and EX 677. American express approved me for 1,000. Low yes....but Im very happy with that!! Oh and, I bought a new car 3 months ago!!

Congrats on your new SL. When i was approved, it was for only $500 so $1000 is a great amount to begin with when rebuilding.

Rebuilding takes a lot of time, but it seems like you've been very diligent in your work. It's starting to pay off now, and it will continue to pay off as long as you put in the work.

Its been a long jounrey it seems! Luckily, i was able to get better scores etc before i reached the age of 40 (im 36) so i can hopefully buy me a house very very soon!! And thank you for the comment!! :-)
