Dillard's AMEX SP CLI!! 💳💳

Got this card 3 weeks ago, and called in to "inquiry" about a CLI, and lady says " we can try, and the system will tell me if we need to pull your credit once we get to that screen". I told her if they had to do it, I would decline. Asked what limit I wanted, I said $10k! She typed it in and literally like seconds later, the system countered to $5k!!! I'll take that!! 😉

limit was $2.5k.... now $5k!

UGH... Mine is a measly $1k and I just asked and it went to underwriting... They said call back in 15 minutes... I'm sure declined and for sure a HP now... I'm about to close the stupid card!

Youre right!! I just checked myself. It was up a few days ago!...My guess is they are doing away with the store card, because I dont even see it as an option anymore on line!! How far away are from a Dillards? Thats stinks

We don't have any Dillard's here in the northeast...but I occasionally travel to locations that have them. The AMEX version would've been good to have just to have an in with Wells Fargo. Oh well.
