Went to Sam's Club today to get a few things and to renew membership and found out that I was approved for the MasterCard

Had to ask the lady twice about the CL,thought I misheard her. Approved for $4000. Oh yeahhhhhh!!!!!

Never could get my Walmart card to go over 6000,but probably can get the Sams higher I bet.

What is the minimum score needed to qualify for the sam's Mastercard right now I'm at 653. I do have the store card at a 3.5k credit line. Congrats on your approval

Call Credit Solutions and ask for $25k. I was approved for $5k online. Immediately called and bumped to $25k. Congratulations!! 😆

Holy crap baller4life didnt know synchrony was that generous on the sams.
Will wait for card and give it a try. Trying to accumulate an additional 20000 utilization ,that would do it.

I wouldn't apply with less than 700 score depending on your overall profile. I waited until I hit 721 and got immediate approval for $1,800. Called CS and asked for $15,000...got it. I know I left more on the table but $15k was good for me.

They are the underwriting dept for all Synchrony cards. Their number is in the Backdoor Numbers thread.

Congrats on your approval. I just got my Sam's Club MC here recently. I had been wanting the card for a while as I do 90% of my grocery shopping there and all of my fuel purchases there as well. It also helps that it's about 5 minutes from my house. Enjoy your new card!

My Sam's Club MasterCard has become my favorite (and most used) of all my cards. For the right spending pattern, the rewards can't be beat!

Also, even if you don't proactively seek a CLI with Credit Solutions, if you use it a good bit you're likely to get nice auto-CLIs... mine went from $1500 to $4850 after the fourth statement. (I'm hoping for another next month.)

Congratulations on the Sam's approval, very nice! With your TU score, you should easily be able to get a CLI to 20k with Credit Solutions! Give it a try
