Mini App Spree after mortgage

Hi everyone haven't been active on the forums as of late but thought now would be a good time! We just closed on our mortgage Feb 25th still not reporting but I figured I would go through a mini app spree.

Here are my results;

I have the Amex TU that never grew with me, maybe because I had baddies on my report when I originally opened it about 5 years ago was stuck at 1,200. I do have a Zync card with them so decided let me try the BCE and instantly approved $5,500!

At this time I was feeling good and noticed my Disney Chase had an instant CLI of 12,500 now so I went ahead and applied for Chase Freedom instantly approved for $2,000 happy but wished it wouldn't of been a bigger CLI.

Finally, app for Citi Hilton Rewards since we do travel and tend to stay at Hilton Hotels and they were offering 100,000 sign up bonus points. I was instantly approved for $11,500!!!!

This is where I said off to the Garden!
