Discover CLI after 2 Day Message!

I wasn't sure whether Discover was on a 90 day or 31 Day CLI cycle. So, I tried both :-) My timeline is below:

11/21/2015: Opened card and received an initial CL of $1400. Sigh.
2/20/2016: Waited 90 days. Applied for a CLI and went form $1400 to $1900. Womp. Womp.
3/28/2016: Waited 37 days. Applied for a CLi and recieved the dreaded "Your request is under review. Decisions are typically made within 2 business days."
3/29/2016: Checked my account and the new CL is $3400. Progress!

They didn't do a hard pull, which makes me happy. Also, with this timing, I have a decent shot of growing the CL above 5K before the end of the year. Very excited!

Thanks everyone! Instead of applying for new credit, I am trying to grow the credit lines I already have. So, I'm very happy.

I hear you I just did an big app spree now time to let these cards grow! My Discover IT started off at 1,200 and had slowly grown on its own to 2k over the last 5 months. Congrats on the nice increase!

Question?? Do you start the clock from the date of approval? Delivery? Activation? Or?

Just got another $6k CLI to $36k. Every 2 months they give a CLI. I promise I won't hit the CLI button anymore!

I started the clock from the date of approval, not delivery or activation.

On the same boat here, just hit the love button after a month of been approved. Got the same message. So let's hope I get it tomorrow..

Update
Form my CLI logged in today and saw a $3,500 increase..!! So pumped right now. I love my Discover no to the use it like crazy and will see best month.
