Omg omg OMG!!!! Talk abt af dog fight!!! Sooooooo I guess I was feeling a little TOO confident. I applied via phone for Barclay. They gave me the we'll mail you a decision thing. I immediately called the recon number. I got a nice young guy who asked me a million questions then finally said my debt to income ratio was TOO high....LIES no way. I was just approved for 3 other cards this month none are reporting yet. All toy limits. They said some ridiculous amount then blamed it on TransUnion reporting wrong. So I hung up called TransUnion. They said nothing was reporting wrong, which I knew because I watch my credit like a hawk. The account they were referring to has 2 years left on my report. It hasn't changed. So I called back spoke to Caroline again after going thru my actual reports and running the numbers herself....She approved me for $500 and I gladly took it!!!!
