CLI on these cards? Advice?

I want higher limits on these cards without the hardpulls. Anychance? Discover it balance $258/$2500, Citi ThankYou $897/$3000, Amazon Visa 0/$1350. Im not sure if its worth hardpulls. Please let me know fast i want to do this now.

Discover you can ask for sp cli every 90 days... They will tell you if they will need a hp to proceed further.
Chase, not possible.
Citi you can go online and start request if you get to screen that says by clicking continue you agree citi "May" pull your credit then you would probably want to stop but Many are able to get so cli... My partner not being one of them!!

On the discover luv button they said they will have to review my credit? Should i just call them to ask them?

Ok on my citibank card they offered me $1,100 cli without any pull, luv button.

I just called discover and spoke with them for 30mins and my card went from $2400 to $5000 limit now, but they said hp and they said to call back in a few months that they will work with me because im still a new customer 3 1/2 months old. Thanks everyone for the help.
