Delta Skymiles Card

I was recently approved for the Delta Skymiles card. I received a CL of $2k. My question is I had a corporate card back in the 90's to early 2000, do you know if they will back date the card? Please advise. IT will help so much with my credit age. This is the first card that I have applied for within the past 2 years! whoo whooot!

No they will not back date the card. Amex stopped doing that over a year ago

Congrats on your approval! American Express is the only ccc that used to backdate.

No they will not back date the card. Amex stopped doing that over a year ago

Backdating used to be a huge motivating factor for me. I would have been able to backdate to 1999. Unfortunately, it's too late for me, and you.

CONGRATS OP!!! I just got the Delta card, myself, over the weekend, and having been an Amex customer in the past, I was really wishing they still did the backdating. Still, just happy to be back in with them! Enjoy your new card!
