5th Amex revolver approved (Hilton Surpass)

Hi,

Recently I got approved for Hilton Surpass amex card.It's my 5th revolving credit card from Amex. Now I have BCP,AED,SPG,DELTA PLATINUM and Hilton Surpass apart from PRG charge card from Amex.
My total exposure to Amex in revolving credit is at 42500.

Congrats! Seems like AmEx is starting to relax on the 4 revolver limit.

Yup seems so. There are quite a few reports here and elsewhere of people being approved for their 5th revolver.

That was me Irish80 lol,The other day I've tried for the 6th!,Got a call from Amex new accounts about 3 days later,Got a very very nice UW on the phone and she told me Amex has a 5 card limit on their credit cards but their is no limit on the amount of charge cards you can have with them!,I told her to just go ahead and void the app as I could not remember how many credit cards I've had with them,There was no hard pull for the 6th app card
