Discover gravy train has returned?

Instantly approved for a 6k bump today.

12/24/15 $2,500 increase to $10,200

Some time after that I got a bump to about $12,000 after waiting a few days

some time after that I got a bump to $14,700 after waiting a few days

5/24/16 instant $6,000 increase to $20,700

No change in salary since last year. I wish there was a way to keep track of the credit line increases or insert an image here as proof. Regardless, I think the gravy train is back! Good luck to all!

I gave it a shot. Was a no go for me. Been roughly 70 days since my last CLI.

congrats!! i don't know if it's back or not but i was able to get cli's each of the last two month's (and i've seen others having success every 31 days.)

My DW has been stuck on $750 for 5 months!!! She has a CSP 32k and 70k in Amex products... They don't like her

Congrats OP!

They typically appear not to give big CL's to people with other big big CL's.. Not always the case, but if you have alot of credit and big line they seem to low ball you, at least case of what I have seen and my personal experience so far.. Hoping to get my 1k limit up to my medium 15k limit, but know it will take time if it is ever to happen.

Don't feel bad.. My last limit increase with discover was an auto increase from $500 to $750 in July of 2014 (6 month after opening) I've tried every combination of PIF and carrying a balance.. I've put 2k spend on the card 4 months in a row. They've dropped my APR 4 times and offer 0% balance transfers constantly. I think I've had a total of maybe 3 months where I wasn't given 0% on purchases since I opened the card in Jan '14. My income and scores have gone up a good amount since opening. Thus far I've refused to do a HP but one of these days it seems like I'll have to suck it up and take the hit..

The discover train departs every 60 days for me. I have only gotten one increase after 31 days. I have gotten $10k in cli's since February. What is strange is the less I use it, the more they give me.

That's true on this end. They only drop a small 500 crumb every 91+ days. No train here.

Last time I tried was last month on the 27th and got the "Not experience with limit letter". I had 2 CLI before with them, dont rermember the 1st, but the last 1 was in Feb. 2016. SL was 6.5k and now is at 9.5k, will try maybe on monday next week and see what happens.

I haven't been able to get anything from them, not even my usual $300 CLI. I'm going to be SD'g this card, along with my Citi DC card, until they start showing me some luv.

Grats OP. I think discover hates me. They gave me an initial auto cli after 3 months of $500. I've been requesting for clis every 30 days with no luck. 😭😥 any suggestions?
